Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hope Consultation LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using Hope Consultation LLC on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Hope Consultation LLC is a cloud-based laboratory compliance management platform that helps clinical and research laboratories manage accreditation requirements, quality control, proficiency testing, CAPA, personnel competency, and regulatory compliance.

3. Accounts and Access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Each lab is a separate tenant. You may not access another lab's data.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another lab's data
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to disrupt platform operations
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the platform's source code
  • Misrepresent compliance status to accreditation bodies using falsified data

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all compliance data, documents, and records you upload toHope Consultation LLC. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your lab's data. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Hope Consultation LLC is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific accreditation requirements. You are responsible for verifying compliance with applicable standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hope Consultation LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to accreditation failures, regulatory penalties, or data loss.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you may request a data export within 30 days. After that period, data will be archived per our retention policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
