Lab Data: Compliance records, QC results, PT event scores, CAPA cases, inspection reports, personnel files, and documents uploaded by your organization.
Usage Data: Audit logs recording which actions were taken, by whom, and when. This data is used for compliance traceability and security monitoring.
Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, and session tokens used to authenticate and secure your session.

Lab compliance records are retained for the duration of your subscription plus a 7-year archival period to meet regulatory requirements (CLIA, CAP). Account data is deleted within 30 days of account termination. Audit logs are retained for 10 years.
We implement industry-standard security controls including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access control, multi-tenant isolation, and regular automated backups. File downloads require presigned URLs with short expiry windows.
